Right of exchange or return
As a customer, you have a 14-day no-fee exchange or return right under the Consumer Protection Act (returns are only free of charge when the product has been delivered to Finland). The returned product and the product packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also be unused. The returned product must be in its original packaging.
Uncollected shipments
An uncollected shipment is not a product return and the customer must separately notify the merchant of the cancellation of the transaction. For uncollected shipments, we will only refund the price of the product.
Damaged or defective product
If the product is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact our customer service at info@tuuliharja.fi. We will then provide you with further information on how to deal with the matter.
Handling of the refund payment
In the case of a return, please include a delivery note with the shipment. As we currently only accept orders against prepayment invoice, we also require an account number to refund the amount paid for the order. Returns will be processed within 1-10 working days after the product has been returned.
Free returns via Post (for shipments to Finland)
Customer returns free of charge can be made to the post office by writing the following code and address 619890, Tuuliharja.net, Ruukintie 9, 10330 PINJAINEN. Please ask for a return receipt in case of loss.
If the product is returned from a country other than Finland, the return postage costs will be paid by the customer.
