Delivery conditions
The online store www.tuuliharja.fi is sold by a company called Tiina Wikholm Tmi/ RS Store Finland, business ID: 1459523-6.
To shop in our online store, you must be a natural person with legal capacity and 18 years of age or older.
All prices include VAT, which is 25.5% on our products in Finland. This tax is shown separately in the total amount of the order.
Delivery
We currently only deliver orders to Finland. In the next phase, we will also be able to deliver to all European countries.
Delivery time
Your ordered products will be delivered as soon as the advance payment has been credited to our account. The products will be delivered from Raasepori and will arrive approximately 1-3 working days after the order. If the order is urgent, you can send us a screenshot of the payment by e-mail and we will send the order immediately. If the delivery time is significantly longer, we will try to inform the customer immediately by e-mail. The customer has the right to cancel an order for a product that is substantially overdue. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the ordered product is sold out or there are other insurmountable difficulties in its availability.

Tuuliharja.net online store delivers its products in Finland via Post or Matkahuolto. To other European countries we ship mainly by UPS.

Our e-shop warehouse and store is located in Billnäs, Raasepori at Ruukintie 9, 10330 Billnäs. Our store is open weekdays 10-16.30, Sat 10-14. You can also order our products from our online store by picking them up from our warehouse store. In that case, you will not have to pay any delivery costs.

If you choose prepayment, we will send you an invoice for your order by e-mail. We will send you the order as soon as the payment appears on our account.

Right of exchange or return
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of exchange or return free of charge under the Consumer Protection Act (only for orders delivered to Finland). This right applies only to consumer sales, not to business sales. The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when you received it, and the product must be unused. The returned product must be in its original packaging.
Uncollected shipments
An uncollected shipment is not a product return and the customer must separately notify us of the cancellation of the transaction. For uncollected shipments, we will only refund the price of the product.
Damaged or defective product
If the product is damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact our customer service at info@tuuliharja.net. We will then provide you with further information on how to deal with the matter.
Customer feedback
In the case of a return, please include a delivery note with the shipment. We also need the customer's account number to process the return. Returns will take us 1-10 working days from the time the product is returned.
Customer returns are free of charge to the Post Office by writing the following code and address 619890 Tuuliharja.fi, Ruukintie 9, 10330 PINJAINEN. Please ask for a receipt for the return in case the parcel is lost.
